They could be challenging at times, but it was really fun to just be out there. Then, I got ahead a little bit on my community service hours, working at ARC, an organization that serves people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.”
Senior Jorge Ulloa said, “Over the summer, I pretty much just hung out with friends around L.A. I went to the beach a few times, and I also visited Universal Studios for the first time. I went to Disneyland for the first time in like 10, 15 years.
Sophomore Connor Ladwig said, “I travelled across the country to places like Cape Cod, Iowa, Minnesota, Kansas City, and Chicago. When I went to Cape Cod, I watched some games at the Cape Cod Baseball League, and I also went kayaking.”
