Every year the city of Manhattan Beach honors the victims of the Attacks on September 11, 2001, by leaving flowers and flags in front of two World Trade Center artifacts. (Aidan Donohoe / The Loyalist).

19 years ago the United States of America and the world changed forever. As it enters an era in which all current students were born after the year 2001, the Loyola community continues to both honor the lives lost in the attacks on September 11 and cherish the times it shares with one another, whether in person or at a distance.
